How often can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Answer: You can schedule our recurring cleaning services on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. We tailor our frequency options to suit your lifestyle, ensuring your home remains clean and inviting. If you need a different schedule, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?

Answer: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a small fee. We're here to assist you, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

How do I prepare for my cleaning service?

Answer: To prepare for our cleaning service, please tidy up personal items such as clothing, toys, and valuables. It’s best if you also declutter all surfaces before the cleaner(s) arrive. This will help you to get the best possible result, as your cleaner(s) may not be able to fully clean a cluttered area or know where you keep your personal items. If you have pets, we recommend securing them in a safe area.

Answer: Absolutely! As a small business owner and operator, We take the safety of our clients and our own very seriously. All of our cleaning professionals are fully insured and undergo thorough background checks to ensure peace of mind. We take the safety of our clients and their homes seriously.

What should I do With My Pets?

We are a Pet-friendly company. We do ask you to keep them somewhere safe and out of the way while the cleaners are there, especially if you won't be at the house for everyone's safety and the pet's well-being.

Do you work from a checklist during your cleaning services?

Answer: Yes, our cleaning team works from a detailed checklist to ensure consistency and thoroughness in every cleaning session. This checklist is tailored to the specific services you choose, ensuring that all areas are addressed and nothing is overlooked.

Can I provide my own cleaning products?

Yes — as long as they’re certified eco-friendly and non-toxic.

For the safety and well-being of our cleaners, we do not use any conventional cleaning products that contain harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or toxic ingredients.

If you have preferred products, simply leave them out in the area you’d like us to use them, along with any special instructions.

Do I need to be home while the cleaning is done?

No, you are not required to be home during the cleaning. In fact, we prefer that you leave us a key or provide access to your home. This allows us to clean efficiently and at a time that’s convenient for you, giving us the freedom to work without interruption.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We bring all our own products, reusable cloths, scrubbers, and tools. You won’t need to provide anything unless you have a favorite product you’d like us to use.
